Once registered, you need to stick with the seminar you have chosen. All our seminars are carefully curated and promises you an exceptional experience. So, be sure to attend the seminar you have registered for. You will be required to check-in via QR code to record your attendance.
As a HRDC selected participant, your company will be able to recover your training costs at this conference.
On conference day, after printing out your participant tag, be sure to physically give your signature at the designated HRD Corp counter, which will be clearly marked for your convenience. There will be personnel to assist you.
To make your LEAD 2024 experience absolutely unforgettable, there's just one thing you need: Have your QR code ready for lightning-fast registration — it's your express pass to all the action.
The best way really, is to take the carpark lift located in front of the hotel's front desk area. Just press on B3. Take note that the main hotel lifts do not go down to the Ballroom!
Alternatively, you can opt for a little morning exercise by taking the staircase down one floor (left of front desk area), and proceed one more floor down via the escalator. You will then arrive at the foyer of the Ballroom.
Come dressed in your best smart casual office attire. Wear comfortable and appropriate footwear for the day-long conference and bring a jacket or shawl to stay warm in case the venue gets cold.
There will be some light refreshments served in the morning and during tea breaks. And if you need any other snacks, our Tiong Lay Co. sundry shop on LG (up the escalator) is available throughout the day.
Unfortunately, there won't be a livestream, but fret not, as the keynotes will be recorded and later released through our weekly Monday Memo. Keep your eyes peeled!
Lunch is provided and upon registration you will get to to pick between two venues: Shook, The Starhill and also The Cobalt Room, Ritz Carlton. Both venues offer vegetarian options for lunch as well.
Absolutely — we encourage all questions! This year, however, we will be collecting your questions before the Conference. Be sure to submit them via the LEAD website.
Once you have logged in and registered, there will be a form on the LEAD home page to submit any burning questions you may have for the Directors'. Just bear in mind that the form will be deactivated on 18th November , three days before the Conference. So be sure to submit those questions fast!
For any assistance during the event, you can look for any of our LEAD volunteers who can be identified through their LEAD volunteer T-shirts.
Yes, of course! The After Party this year will be hosted by the YTL Digital Bank. Who doesn't enjoy free food and lucky draws with fantastic prizes? Plus, there are plenty of fun activities and games where you can win even more amazing rewards! It's also the perfect opportunity to network with fellow participants and share your insights on LEAD 2024.
Yes, the rumour is true. By registering for LEAD 2024, you're automatically entered into the Lucky Draw, giving you a chance to win exciting prizes! Just make sure you're present at the After Party when they call out your name!
Yes, parking will be free in the JW Marriott! There will be machines provided to validate your parking ticket so keep your ticket safe throughout the day. If you do not validate your ticket during the conference there will be a flat rate charge of RM15.
Upon completing the feedback form, you will be sent a link with all the photos from LEAD 2024 one week later.
