Live and Lead with Purpose by Story Circle

About This Session

In a world divided by conflict and confusion, how do we find our true north? How do we lead ourselves, teams and companies to go the extra mile?

This interactive workshop seeks to equip leaders with a 4-step process on how to live and lead with purpose. We will develop a first draft of a simple yet complex purpose framework that we can use in daily life and during defining decisions. Based on 4 years of field research among 100-purpose-led leaders in 10 Asian countries, this workshop will help us:

1. Discover our calling - to gain direction in our life and work
2. Discern our core values - that aligns us and our teams
3. Develop core strengths - that helps us strengthen others
4. Design life-giving goals - that energise us and everyone else around us.

Above all, we will discover that we don't find purpose alone. We find purpose together.
